TC4580 is the second generation thermoacoustic cryocooler developed by Lihan and is able to the reach 50W refrigerating output under 80K temperature. Brand new gas-bearing piston design and advanced pulse tube production ensure its reliability and durability. Integral structure significantly reduces the cooler's size and required install space. Dedicated cryogenic controlling technology provides stable and accurate control of temperature. TC4580 is now used mainly in gas liquefaction, scientific research and other ultra-low temperature applications.
Impact Resistance: TC4580 performs outstandingly in terms of impact resistance because, unlike Stirling Cryocooler, its pulse tube does not consist of displacer. It is able to work reliably and safely even in complicated environments.
Low Vibration: TC4580 reduces vibration by both passive and active vibration repressions. The compressor's dual-engine opposed positioning design and the piston's opposite movement mechanism structurally solve vibration problems. Additionally, TC4580 uses a dual pathway control system that is able to actively repress minor vibrations. Through both its sophisticated internal structure and control system, TC4580 is able to work with nearly undetectable vibration.
Low Noise: Dual-engine opposed positioning structure is free of passive oscillator, which significantly reduces noise. TC4580 is therefore very suitable in indoors and other low noise environments.
Air Cooling: TC4580 works by air cooling. With no requirements for additional water-cycling system, it is cost-efficient and user-friendly.
Longevity: The pulse tube is remarkably reliable thanks to its no-moving-part design. Gas-bearing structure of the compressor's main piston avoids springs, which might reduce the cooler's longevity. After strict reliability tests, the longevity of TC4580 reaches MTTF of 45,000 hours.
Integration Design: TC4580 features a condensed a condensed structure, with controller and fan cooling system integrated into the cryocooler's case.
