BOG accumulation increases pressure within the LNG storage tank, so BOG is often release through safety valve in order to avoid tank damages. BOG release, however, causes three problems: risks of fire and thermal radiation hazards; air pollution, as released methane gas escalates greenhouse effect; risks of economic losses.
BG2201 is a LNG BOG condenser independently developed by Lihan, with TC5580 cryocooler as its core component. Structurally, the condenser is highly integrated and convenient to install, with no requirements for additional supporting systems. Longevity: The pulse tube is remarkably reliable to its no-moving-part design. Air-floatation structure of the compressor's main piston avoids springs, which might reduce the cooler's longevity. After strict reliability tests, the longevity of TC5580 reaches 10 years.
Easy Installment and Maintenance: The condenser's structure is highly integrated: core cryocooler, control system and cooling system are all condensed into the machine case. For the fan cooling model, installment requires only connection of pipelines, power source and computer, with no requirements for additional supporting system. Maintenance only involves cooling liquid refill.
